DJ Firestorm Entertainment, LLC Loyalty and Referral Programs Terms and Conditions

$25 FireBucks Loyalty Program: Celebrate recurring events like birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays with us and enjoy a special perk each time! For every event you return to DJ Firestorm Entertainment, LLC, you will receive a $25 credit called “Firebucks.” This credit can be used immediately towards the cost of your current event or saved for future bookings. The Firebucks credit is non-expiring and can even be applied to events booked by another family member.

$50 Referral Cash Reward Program: We appreciate when you help us grow our community by referring new clients! For every new client you refer who signs a contract and completes their deposit with us, you’ll earn a $50 cash reward. It’s our way of thanking you for spreading the joy and belief in our services. Cheers to your continued support!

General Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Open to all. You do not need to be a prior client to refer new clients. Existing clients are also eligible to participate in both programs.

2. Rewards:

   • Loyalty Credit: Issued as a $25 credit for repeat clients per event.

   • Referral Reward: $50 cash reward for each valid referral resulting in a new booking with a completed deposit.

3. Payment of Rewards:

   • Loyalty Credit: Automatically applied to the bill of your current or future event.

   • Referral Rewards: Paid within thirty days after the referred client’s deposit has been processed.

4. Limitations:

   • Referral rewards are issued for each unique new client referred.

   • Referred clients must mention the referrer at the time of initial contact or during contract signing.

5. Program Modifications and Termination: DJ Firestorm Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty and referral programs at any time, without prior notice. However, any promotions already contracted will be honored.

6. Cancellation Policy: If a referred client cancels their booking or fails to complete their deposit, no referral reward will be issued.

7. Dispute Resolution: All disputes or interpretations of these terms will be resolved at the discretion of DJ Firestorm Entertainment, LLC, and all decisions are final.
